1. Who we are
BrandForge Launch OS is an AI-assisted private-label planning service operated under Prosync Ecommerce Education ("BrandForge", "we", "us", or "our"). This policy explains how information is handled when you visit BrandForge, create an account, make a payment, or generate a launch kit.

2. Information we collect
- Account information, including name, email address, phone number, authentication identifier, role, and workspace settings.
- Service inputs, including niche, product, brand-name choices, founder details, prompts, and instructions you submit.
- Generated materials, previews, logos, documents, landing pages, ZIP artifacts, generation status, and run history.
- Billing records such as plan, payment status, Razorpay customer or subscription identifiers, credit balance, and ledger events. BrandForge does not store complete card, UPI, or banking credentials.
- Technical and security information such as IP address, browser type, device data, session cookies, timestamps, and error or abuse signals.
3. How we use information
- Create and secure accounts, maintain sessions, and provide the requested BrandForge workflow.
- Generate, save, preview, email, and deliver launch assets and downloadable files.
- Operate subscriptions, allocate runs, process top-ups, prevent duplicate credits, and respond to billing requests.
- Monitor reliability, investigate failures or misuse, improve prompts and product experience, and provide support.
- Send transactional messages such as account, payment, generation, renewal, and low-credit notices. Marketing messages are sent only where permitted and can be opted out of.
4. AI processing and providers
Inputs necessary to generate a requested asset may be sent to configured AI providers, including OpenAI. We also use infrastructure and service providers such as Firebase for identity, MongoDB for application records, Vercel for hosting and file delivery, Razorpay for payments, and email providers for transactional messages. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.
- Do not submit government identifiers, card details, health records, confidential third-party data, or information you do not have permission to use.
- We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only to operate the service, comply with law, protect rights and security, or complete a business transfer with appropriate safeguards.
5. Cookies, security, and retention
BrandForge uses essential cookies or similar storage for authentication, security, and session continuity. Optional analytics may be used where configured and legally permitted.
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls and server-side secrets. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the account, meet legal or financial obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Generated files may be removed after an operational retention period, so users should download completed kits they need.
6. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, including Indian data-protection requirements where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent for eligible personal information. Some records may be retained where required for payments, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or legitimate dispute resolution.
- Update available profile information from your account or contact support for assistance.
- Request account deletion by emailing support from the registered email address.
- Opt out of non-essential marketing without affecting service and billing notices.

7. International processing, children, and changes
Some providers may process information outside your state or country. By using BrandForge, you understand that information may be transferred where service infrastructure operates, subject to applicable safeguards.
BrandForge is intended for adults and business users and is not directed to children under 18. We may update this policy as the service, providers, or law changes. Material updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
